Where is my download?
After payment, use the link on the order confirmation screen or in your receipt email. Signed-in customers can also return to the Downloads area of their account. Check spam or promotions folders if the receipt has not arrived.
How should I print it?
Open the PDF in a dedicated reader, choose the paper size named in the listing, and select “actual size” unless the included guide says otherwise. Matte paper is usually best for writing and keeps dense black areas from reflecting light.

Before sending a message
- Try the download on a laptop or desktop if a phone opens only a preview.
- Save the original file before printing so you always retain a clean copy.
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the product title when asking for help.
- Do not send card details, passwords, or other sensitive account information.
Questions about personal-use licensing, accessibility, corrupted files, or an order that does not appear in your account are all welcome. Support details and response expectations will be published here before the shop opens fully. Until then, the archive is still being arranged and no live purchase should be considered unattended.
